End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: July 5, 2026. Version 1.0.

1. Parties and subject

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is concluded between you and Valentin Kirilov, operator of Zadano ("the Licensor"), upon account registration. It governs your right to use the Zadano client software: the web application and its installable PWA version ("the Software"). The service itself is governed by the Terms of service.

2. License

The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software as intended, for managing your tasks, notes and workbooks.

3. Restrictions

4. Intellectual property

The Software, the Zadano brand, the design and the code remain the property of the Licensor. This license transfers no ownership rights to you. Your content is not part of the Software and remains yours (see Terms, section 4).

5. Third-party components

The Software includes open-source components and uses Google Firebase services. Their respective licenses and terms apply to them.

6. Updates

As a PWA, the Software updates automatically when opened. The license covers the currently provided version; the Licensor may add, change or remove functionality.

7. No warranties and limited liability

The Software is provided "as is". The "No warranties" and "Limitation of liability" sections of the Terms of service apply. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Term and termination

This EULA remains in force while you have an account. It terminates automatically when the account is closed or upon a material breach of its terms. Upon termination you stop using the Software and remove installed copies (PWA).
